A successful software engineer, Dinesh gets married to Aishwarya through an online matrimonial portal. However, post the honeymoon, he suddenly starts hearing voices and seeing abnormal things that do not have any sort of pattern whatsoever. Only when he gets to a psychiatrist the mystery unravels.

Last 10 sec conclsion according to me is when dinesh sees the pic of real jaylakshmi , he finds out she doesn't look like his wife,
soooo when sharma entered in dinesh body sharma couldn't remember any of past life's face so he portrayed dinesh wife as his own wife jaylakshmi,
Also while hitting the drug manager, sharma said the manager reminds him of Natraj, which clarifies that sharma actually didnt remember their face and portrayed others in those roles.
